We cater for all fitness levels. Our sessions are designed for people wanting to get more out of their fitness, but more importantly, they also want to improve their lives. People looking to work hard while enjoying the journey with a strong community by their side..

Do you offer trials?
We know that committing to membership can be a big deal when you are unsure what the vibe of the studio will be like. We want you to love working out with us so we offer all newbies a 10-day pass for $25. Get in touch with us today to grab your pass or simply purchase from our training app in the app store.

How do I book a class?
You can find all our classes on our Society Training App (free to download). If you have any issues you can always call us for assistance, we are always happy to help.

How does your waitlist work?
Some of our popular classes or time slots may be fully booked when you choose your class, but don't be alarmed! Our waitlist system allows you to reserve a place in one of our classes. When someone drops out you'll automatically move up the list. When you make it into the class you'll get a notification. Please remember not to add yourself to a waitlist unless you are setting that alarm.

How many sessions should I attend per week?
We recommend 3-4 sessions per week. It takes time for the body to adapt to our programs and progressions; this way, you’ll feel your best in no time! We also know you'll be a little sore after your first few sessions, which is totally normal! Try and choose a mix of strength classes each week. This will allow your body to get familiar with our weekly progressions and class structures.
