TRAIN. SWEAT. PERFORM

 Our 8-week training blocks create the perfect focus period for you to track and measure your results throughout the year. We believe in chasing better daily with your training, more than worrying about numbers on the scales.

TRAIN SESSIONS

Our Train program runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Designed to bring you the fundamentals of strength training with compound lifts and accessory exercises to help you feel stronger and more confident in everyday life.

UPPER /// Centred around bench, row and press variations, you will push, pull and carry your way through the session! You’ll build functional, upper body strength while giving you a nice upper body pump!

 

LOWER /// Centred around squat variations whilst the supplementary and accessory movements prioritise building total lower body strength. Be prepared for your legs to feel the burn on this day.

 

FULL BODY /// Centred around the hinge movement patterns, including conventional deadlift and sumo deadlift variations, with various upper and lower body movements and some erg work rounding out the session.

Think full body 'bang for buck' style session. A crowd favourite.

SWEAT SESSIONS  

Our Sweat program runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Designed to bring some intensity into your training, these sessions work alongside our Train program and will help you increase your overall fitness while getting a little sweaty.

SWEAT /// Sweat is our pure cardio day. With the focus on improving your endurance, Sweat can be scaled either up or down, to suit beginners, all the way through to our everyday athletes. This session can be fast-paced so we do suggest if you haven't trained in a while, not to make this your first session.

 

SWEAT HYBRID /// Centred around functional movement patterns and ERG work this session gives you the best of strength and endurance training.

You’ll work through a range of upper and lower body volume work while improving your stamina with a strong effort on the rower, bike and ski ergs.

 

SCTY ALL IN  /// Team up and go all out in a sweaty community session. The ultimate session where no one is bigger than the team.
